Hardwood Floor Installation

Nothing beats the value and warmth of real wood. We install solid and engineered hardwood floors in a variety of species, including Oak, Maple, and Hickory. We ensure tight seams and professional nailing patterns for a squeak-free finish.

Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP)

The most popular choice for modern Long Island homes. LVP gives you the look of wood or stone but is 100% waterproof and highly scratch-resistant. It is the perfect solution for basements, kitchens, and homes with pets.

Custom Tile Installation

We specialize in high-end tile work for any area of the home.

  • Floor Tile: Large-format porcelain, ceramic, or natural stone for durability in high-traffic areas.

  • Backsplashes: Intricate subway tile, mosaic, or glass tile designs to accent your kitchen.
  • Bathroom Tile: Waterproof shower walls, tub surrounds, and slip-resistant floor tiles

Floor Refinishing

If your existing hardwood floors are scratched or dull, you may not need to replace them. We can sand down your old floors, repair damaged boards, and apply a fresh stain and durable polyurethane finish to make them look brand new.

Heated Flooring (Radiant Heat)

Say goodbye to cold feet in the winter. We can install electric radiant heating mats under your new tile floors, a luxurious and energy-efficient upgrade for bathrooms and kitchens.

Subfloor Repair & Leveling

A new floor is only as good as what is underneath it. We repair rotted subfloors and use self-leveling compounds to ensure a perfectly flat surface before any new flooring is installed.

Our Flooring Installation Process

──

Step 1: Consultation & Sample Selection

We measure your space and help you select materials that fit your decor and durability needs. We can recommend specific products that stand up to sand and moisture common in Suffolk County.

Step 2: Prep & Demolition

We remove your old carpet, tile, or wood and haul it away. We then meticulously clean and prep the subfloor to ensure a strong bond for the new material.

Step 3: Installation

Our experienced installers lay the flooring with precision, focusing on proper expansion gaps (to prevent buckling) and seamless transitions between rooms.

Step 4: Trim & Finish

We install new baseboards or shoe molding (quarter-round) to cover the edges and give your room a clean, finished look.

Frequently Asked Questions About Flooring

──

Is Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) better than wood?

For durability and water resistance, yes. LVP is waterproof, making it ideal for basements, kitchens, and bathrooms. However, solid hardwood adds more long-term resale value to the home.

Can you install new flooring over my old tile?

In some cases, yes. If the existing tile is flat and secure, we can install a "floating" floor like LVP over it. However, for the best results and height clearance, we usually recommend removing the old flooring first.

How long does it take to refinish hardwood floors?

Refinishing typically takes 3–5 days depending on the size of the house. This allows time for sanding, staining, and multiple coats of polyurethane to dry properly.

Do you install heated floors in bathrooms?

Yes, radiant floor heating is a very popular upgrade in Suffolk County. We install the heating elements under the tile to keep the floor warm during the cold winter months.

Do you fix squeaky floors?

Yes. Squeaks are usually caused by loose boards rubbing against nails or the subfloor. We can screw down the subfloor securely before installing your new finished floor to eliminate squeaks.
